How Do I Set Up or Manage Email Forwarding (not attached to a POP/IMAP email package)?
With email forwarding, you can have anything "@yourdomain.com" forwarded to another email address you own. Email forwarding is free, and can only be used by domains using our DNS (nameservers). See article "How to Change Domain Nameservers (DNS)"
Note: If you bought dedicated email in your domain account, you can set up email forwarding with that also (HelpDesk article: (Domain Account) How to Set Up Email Forwarding on POP Email Boxes).
Once you are using our DNS, you can set up or manage email forwarding by doing the following:
Login to your domain account
Go to "My Account - My Dashboard" in the top menu
Click on "Registered Domains"
Click on your domain name
Scroll down and click on "Email Settings"
From the "Service Selection" drop-down menu, click "Email Forwarding"
Here you can set up different email forwarding addresses, and also delete forwarding addresses.
Click "Save" when you are done
Note: A total of 100 forwarding addresses can be set up
Note: A catch all email address is not supported on the email forwarding anymore
Note: If you delete forwarding addresses by selecting the check box next to the address and then clicking "delete checked", it will come up with a message saying "Updated Successfully", but for the change to go through you will still need to click "Save" at the bottom afterwards.
