Email Forwarding: Email Forwarding MX and TXT records that are needed

I want to manually check and ensure that the email forwarding settings are correctly. What are the email forwarding settings that are needed?

For our email forwarding to work, please ensure the following records are in place.

* should be replaced with the domain name.
