Account: Reset "Registry Rocket" Domain Password

Note: To set or reset a "Registry Rocket" or "Access Password" for a domain from a domain account on enom.com, see the article: Set Access Password and Login for Specific Domain

If you have forgotten your password and cannot get in to manage the domain, this is how to reset a "Registry Rocket" domain password from within the "Registry Rocket" system:

• Go to access.enom.com (or rr.[DomainPartner.com], see note below)
• Type in your domain like "yourdomain.com"
• Put in any password
• Click "Login"
• You will see an error message that says "Forgot Password? Click here to receive it by email."
• Click the link to have a password reset email sent to the domain registrant email address. If you don't know what the domain registrant email address is, contact us for more information.
• Click the link in the password reset email to reset the password. The password reset email should come from donotreply@name-services.com..

Then you can login to manage that specific domain's settings at access.enom.com or rr.[DomainPartner.com] (see note below).

Note: Instead of logging in at access.enom.com, which will work for any domain that is in our affiliate's system (Enom), you can also login to or reset the password through another portal (Registry Rocket) the same way. To do this, you can go to "rr.[DomainPartner.com]", using any of the domain partners serviced by this HelpDesk (BulkDomains.com, RegistryDomains.com, PageClickDomains.com, or TimelyIdea.name). When going to rr.[DomainPartner.com], use "http", not "https", so use http://rr.[DomainPartner.com]. At this "Registry Rocket" portal, the settings will be slightly different, and there will be a place to manually renew the domain (there is not a place to manually renew the domain at access.enom.com).

Note: Domains can only be renewed from the Registry Rocket link, rr.[DomainPartner.com], or from your customized reseller Registry Rocket link. Domains can not be renewed from access.enom.com.
