How do I get a list of all the transactions that I have made?
You can run most reports to retrieve data within the past 18 months, including registrations, renewals, accounting, transactions and order history.
To run a report, do the following:
- Log into your account.
- Click on "My Account - My Reports" at the top-right of the page.
- Select the desired report from the Report Type drop-down list, and specify the date range (this must be within the past 18 months). If available, you can check the "Send the results of the report to me by email" box, if you choose.
- If a recent date range is entered, the report may displayed immediately. If the date range is further in the past, the report may be sent to the Reports Queue. Please click on the Reports Queue tab if the latter is the case.
- If available, you can click on "Download as HTML" or "Download as CSV," if you choose.
Other reports on this list provide you with Expiring Names, Transfers In & Out, and other information.
We encourage you to run reports monthly or quarterly for data you wish to keep longer than 18 months and retain them for your records and tax purposes.
If you require a report with transactions older than 18 months, please submit a HelpDesk ticket and provide us with the date range. We can create a custom report for you typically within a week.
There are email notifications sent to the account email address, notifying of domain renewals prior to the renewal. Then there is an email notification sent after the renewal has processed, confirming that the renewal went through successfully. Additionally, we are able to manually process invoices and receipts (and can include additional requested information) upon request.
