I lost / forgot my account password. How can I recover my account password?



If you know the Login ID but do not know your account password you can reset the password by going to "Login" at the top right corner of our site. Under the login form, select "Lost Password?". Put in your login ID, and then supply the answer to the secret question on the account. Once submitted, an email will be sent to your account email address containing a password reset link. 


*If you don't receive the password reset email, please add to contacts or white-list the email address "donotreply@name-services.com" on your email, as the password reset email is sent from that address.


If you do not know the Login ID, you can contact us by submitting a ticket at help.domains. If you let us know your domain name, name on account, or email address on the account, we can find the account Login ID for you.

Note: The password reset link will only be valid for one hour. Once the link expires, you will need to submit a new password change request.

Note: The password requirement is: Your password must be 14 to 20 characters long. It must contain at least one uppercase, lowercase, at least one number, and at least one of ONLY the following special characters:  * @ - _ / .
