Email Addresses To Whitelist

If you are not receiving automated domain account emails from us, like domain renewal notices, password resets, or domain verification emails, it will be good to whitelist our sending email addresses at your email provider.

The main two email addresses to whitelist are:

  • donotreply@name-services.com
  • info2@enom.com

It will also be good to whitelist:

  • googleclients@enom.com

Depending on which domain partner you have your domain with, it will also be good to whitelist one of these email addresses:

  • info@bulkdomains.com
  • info@registrydomains.com
  • info@pageclickdomains.com

How To Whitelist Email Addresses

For details on how to whitelist email addresses for different common email providers, such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo, you can refer to this external article:

https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/email-whitelist

Note: In Gmail, to whitelist multiple email addresses at one time when in "Settings ⚙ (gear icon) → See all settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses", and after clicking on "Create a new filter", you can write multiple email addresses in the "From" line by separating them with a space and "OR". So it could look like this: donotreply@name-services.com OR info2@enom.com. Then click "Create filter",  select "Never send it to Spam", then click "Create filter" again.

For details on how to whitelist email addresses if using our paid POP / IMAP email through your domain account, see the HelpDesk article: POP / IMAP Email: Whitelist Email Addresses in Webmail (domain account)
