Reseller: Inactivity Fees

Modified on Mon, 22 Jul at 8:07 AM

Having a reseller account is free, but a reseller account can be subject to inactivity fees. Reseller Inactivity fees were put in place by our affiliate, Enom, as of January 1st, 2016. To avoid inactivity fees, there just needs to be at least one transaction on the account in the last 12 months.

What is an Inactive Reseller?

An Inactive Reseller is as a reseller who, at the beginning of a fiscal quarter, does not have activity on their account for the previous 12 months.

What are Reseller Inactivity Fees?

As of January 1st, 2016, inactive reseller customers are billed $50 quarterly. Fees are deducted from an inactive reseller's account balance, in an explicit transaction, on the 15th day of the last month of the quarter.

This fee is charged as outlined in the Reseller Service Agreement (RSA) under Section 2, Points, payments, and commissions. All funds deposited to your balance are deemed non-refundable per the RSA.

Note: Your balance cannot become less than zero due to inactivity fees.
