- Login to cPanel in a web browser
- type "email" in the top search bar, and go to "Email Accounts"
- Click "Manage" next to the email box to change the email address password, change the allocated email address storage space, and set email restrictions. After you have updated a settings, make sure to save the changes by clicking "Update Email Settings", near the bottom of the page. Other email address settings you can access on this page are "Plus Addressing" settings, freeing up email storage, managing email filters, setting up an "automated responses", connect devices (use email program like Microsoft Outlook, or an email program on your mobile device), configure calendar and contacts, and deleting the email address entirely.
