I get an account error when trying to login. What is the problem, and how can this be fixed?
If you receive an account error when trying to login, it can mean there was a problem with the account, but usually means that the account was triggered by the system to be locked for security reasons. This is the most likely error you will encounter:
"An Error has occurred if you continue to encounter errors please contact Customer Service"
If you receive this error you can contact us , and we can confirm what the problem is. If the account is locked due to a security issue, we are not able to unlock it directly. You will need to contact our affiliate, Enom, whom handles these situations, at riskmanagement@enom.com for assistance in resolving an account security issue.
Note: The quoted error above, or a similar error preventing you from logging in to your account might also happen if you have not used your account in a while. When an account is inactive for 2 years, a lock will sometimes be put on it for inactivity. If this is the case, if you contact us, we get can the account unlocked / enabled again.
