How do I renew my domains?

Option 1 - Select a singular domain or multiple domains from the domain list:

  • Login to your account.
  • Select the top menu option "Domains - My Domains". It defaults to the "Registered Domains" tab, or you can choose another type, such as "Expired Domains".
  • Check the box(es) next to the domain(s) you wish to renew.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select "Renew this List" from the LIST ACTIONS drop-down list.  Click "Go".
  • Select the number of years for which you'd like to renew, and click "Checkout".
  • Review domains and click "Submit Order".

Option 2 - Renew a single domain separately
  • Login to your account.
  • Select the top menu option "Domains - My Domains". It defaults to the "Registered Domains" tab, or you can choose another type, such as "Expired Domains".
  • Click on the domain name you wish to renew.
  • Click "Add Years".
  • Select the number of years for which you'd like to renew, and click "Checkout".
  • Review domains and click "Submit Order".

Option 3 - Use Bulk Renew:

  • Login to your account.
  • Select the top menu option "Domains - Domain Tools - Bulk Renew".
  • Enter the list of domains you wish to renew. The maximum shopping cart limit is 200 items per purchase.
  • Select the number of years for which you'd like to renew.
  • Review domains and click "Add to Cart".

Option 4 - Use Auto Renew:

Additional Notes

Note: You are not able to renew .biz domains when using the Bulk Renewal with "Option 1" or "Option 3". To renew .biz domains, manually renew the single domain separately using "Option 2", or auto-renew the domain using "Option 4".

Note: Commonly used domain name extensions (like .com) can be registered for a maximum of 10 years at any given time.  If your domain has not yet expired, you can only renew for 9 years at the most.

Note: All manual renewals are non-refundable and we cannot remove extra years that are added in error. Please verify before you hit the Submit Order or Instant Purchase buttons.  Even though you will receive an order reference number on the screen, your transactions are not complete until you receive the email confirmation order.  Please check the email order to verify if your renewal was successful or if it failed.  If it failed your renewal did not process and the domain was not extended.

Note: If you wish to verify if an order is still processing, click Reports at the top-left of the page, then choose "Order History" and click "Run Report".

Note: If you are using a credit card, you can verify that your payment information is accurate by clicking on "My Account", then going to "Credit Card Settings" in the quick links section at the top
