Other than marking individual messages as spam or not spam in the webmail, there are also some spam settings that can be changed.
To view and change these spam settings, when logged in to the webmail:
- Go on the left to "Settings"
- Click on "Spam Settings"
- Here you will find spam settings, including changing "Subject Tag", "Threshold Level", "Spam Folder", "Allowed Sender", and "Blocked Senders".
- After you make any changes, click "Save" at the bottom
Note: The "Threshold Level" has options for "Default", "Normal", "High", "Very High". If the spam threshold is set to "Very High", then the spam filtering will be the most strict and catch the most spam in the spam folder.
