Web Hosting: cPanel Users (Create New User, Edit / Delete Existing Users)

To manage cPanel users:

• Login to cPanel in a web browser.
• Click on the people icon on the left, or search in the search box for "User Manager".
• On the User Manager page, you can edit, change password, or delete existing users.
• To create a new user, Click "Add User".
• Enter the user's information.
• Then you can enable Email, FTP (to a certain folder), or Web Disk (to a certain folder) for that user. 

With this setup, the new user won't be able to access the full cPanel and all of the domains, but will just be able to use the email, FTP, and web disk directly.
