How do I download emails from the webmail that I want to save?

You can download emails on the Webmail by "exporting" them. Exported emails will be in a .eml file format.

On a Computer

To export a message in the Webmail on a computer, you can right-click on the message. Bring your cursor down to "More", then click "Export". 

You can also click on the email to open it in the right column, and you will see the menu option "More" on the top right of the page, where you can select "Export".

On a Mobile Device

To export a message in the Webmail on a mobile device, you can can tap the check-box next to the message to select it, then tap on the three dots in the upper right corner of the webpage. There you can tap on "More", then "Export".

You can also tap on the message to open the message, then you will find the same three dot menu in the top right, where can tap "More", then "Export". 

Note: You can only export one message at a time
