I want to manually check and ensure that the email forwarding settings are correctly. What are the email forwarding settings that are needed?
For our email forwarding to work, please ensure the following records are in place.
- TXT = v=spf1 include:_spf.emfwd.name-services.com mx ?all
- MX = mx.example.com.cust.a.hostedemail.com or eforward1.name-services.com
*example.com should be replaced with the domain name.
